Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Italian law.
1. The Organiser
The object of these Regulations is to register for the 47th Congress Cremona Conference 2019 (hereinafter “Event”) via the website of ESTA (European String Teachers Association)https://cremonaconference2019.estaitalia.org,
the Event is organized by Esta Italia, an independent non-profit association with headquarters at Cremona Chamber of Commerce, in Piazza Antonio Stradivari.
2. Subject of the initiative
The 47th Esta Congress 2019 in Cremona will host workshops, conferences, practical demonstrations and concerts.
3. Date and place of the event
The Event will take place from April 26th to May 1st, 2019 in the historical centre of the city of Cremona.
4. Application procedures
4.1.Applications to participate at the Event must be submitted exclusively by following the online procedure and completing the form available on the website: https:// cremonaconference2019.estaitalia.org/eventi/igudesman.php
4.2.To participate in the event, each adult Participant or Parent (hereinafter the "Participant") must accept these Regulations and give their consent for the treatment of their personal data.
5. Information accuracy
5.1.The Participants declare under their own responsibility that all information, data and, more generally, any other material provided in the application and/or at any other stage of the event, complies with the criteria of correctness, truthfulness and completeness. Should there be any changes to the information provided, the Participant must undertake to promptly notify the Organiser.
5.2.Incomplete entries or entries that are not included in compliance with and pursuant to the participation instructions will be deemed invalid and the Participant will be denied access to the Event. Esta Italia will not be held responsible if the form is not sent due to a failure of the IT support. Furthermore, it is not responsible for any loss of data entered, delays, damage or actions carried out by the Participant.
5.3.In the event of any breach of these provisions, the Participants will indemnify and hold the Organisers, Promoters and Sponsors, completely free from any and all claims or demands for compensation made by any third party, making themselves exclusively and solely responsible for any false statements.
6. Event participation
6.1.Participation in the Event is voluntary and subject to a fee. If the Participant decides not to attend the Event, after completing the registration, the Participant will not be refunded the ticket or receive any compensation.
6.2.All costs related to participation in the Event, such as travel expenses to and from the Event, shall be borne by the Participant. Esta Italia will not be responsible for any costs related to the participation in the Event other than the registration.
7. Participant's Responsibilities
7.1.All Participants shall use the premises where the Event will take place, as well as the equipment provided by the Organiser and/or brought by the Participant, with the utmost care and diligence and shall strictly abide by any instructions given by the Organiser in order to ensure the safety and security of all Participants.
7.2.During participation in the Event, any under-age Participant will be under the responsibility of their own guardian.
7.3.The Participant is required to use the premises in compliance with the instructions and directives given from time to time by the Organiser, as well as any other applicable regulatory provision safety standards, fire regulation, etc.. In any case, the Participant must be aware of and comply with the regulations provided by the Organiser.
7.4.If in doubt, the Participant must contact the Organiser, who reserves the right to prohibit the performance of any activity contrary to the provisions of this article.
7.5.The Organiser will not be liable for any damage suffered by the Participant and their equipment due to theft, robbery, fire, earthquake, service downtime (electricity, Internet, etc..), and any other accident, unless the damage is directly attributable to intent and/or gross negligence of the Organiser.
7.6.Under no circumstances may the premises be used:
• to conduct any activity which is illegal or contrary to public order and morality;
• to conduct any activity deemed to pose a risk to property, individuals present at the
event or to obstruct or prevent the smooth running of the event itself;
• to conduct activities in violation of third party rights, having regard, by way of example
but not limited to, trademarks, patents, copyright, etc..
8. General conditions
8.1.The Organiser shall have the right to cancel, modify or suspend at any time the Event as well as any of its content, aspects or selective criteria and, furthermore, to the same is exclusively reserved the right to postpone or cancel the Event for reasons of unforeseen circumstances or for any other justified cause.
8.2.If the Event is cancelled, the Organiser may replace it with another event at a later date and place to be determined, at the sole discretion of Esta Italia. For any technical and organizational needs, the Organiser reserves the right to change the day, time and location of the Event, notifying participants well in advance.
8.3.The Organiser will also have the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any participant who violates the provisions of these Regulations.
9. Guarantees and indemnities
Any person who participates in the Event, by accepting these Regulations when applying to participate, declares to indemnify and release the Organisers, Promoters and Sponsors from all claims or demands for compensation made by any third party, for violation of any of the provisions and for the maximum time allowed by law.
10. Event recordings
10.1.The Participant is hereby informed that during the course of the event, the Organiser or one of its commercial partners may take audio-visual footage or photographs (hereinafter referred to as Material) of the Event itself and that such footage/photographs may also be of interest to the Participant.
10.2.By signing the request to participate in the Event, the Participant authorizes the Organiser and the Sponsor, completely free of charge, to shoot, direct and take photographs of himself/ herself during the Event, as well as to use the aforementioned Material for the production of documentaries and other promotional material relating to the event itself, possibly through editing, with the purpose of broadcasting them in streaming and any subsequent distribution, to be aired on TV, in cinemas and through any other possible and new means of communication to the public.
10.3.The Participant also authorises the Organiser and the Sponsor, again free of charge, to publish the images and audio-video recordings concerning him/her on the event's website, as well as on the websites and social profiles used for the event.
10.4.The authorisation provided for in this Article shall be for an indefinite period of time, free of charge and may be revoked at any time.
10.5.Any filming of the event by the Participant is subject to authorisation by the Organiser.
11. Provisions on personal data protection
11.1.The data provided by the Participant and collected by Esta Italia from the time of the request to participate in the Event will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) and Reg. EU no. 679/2016, as well as in compliance with the provisions contained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
12.1.These Regulations are governed by the Italian law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to these Regulations and the various conditions contained herein, including disputes relating to its validity, interpretation, execution, termination or fulfilment, shall be the exclusive competence of the Court of Cremona, so any other competing Court that may be elected shall be excluded.
12.2.If any provision of these regulations should prove inapplicable pursuant to the laws, rules or regulations of a particular country, it shall apply only to the extent permitted.
13. Acceptance of the Regulations
13.1.Participation in the Event implies the Participants' unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations without any limitation.
13.2.If the Organiser should notice a violation of the rules on the part of a Participant, it will have the right to order their immediate exclusion from the event.
